Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the correct payment is received
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ICCE by July 10, 2023. Cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee. No refunds will be given after July 10, 2023.
Refund will not be given for failure to attend, visa refusal, etc.
Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing by the original registrant (a $100 SUBSTITUTION FEE APPLIES). If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the ICCE at the earliest opportunity (Substitutions will be not accepted if you have already obtained a Letter of Invitation).
The Organizers reserve the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Exhibition.
In the unlikely event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organization, the ICCE organisers do not accept responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation (registration fee will be refunded in full). Therefore it is recommended that you arrange for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.
